Early Life and Ministry
Pastor Emmanuel Oladele Oyeleke, was born on the 24th of October 1950 in Offa, at Offa L.G.A. Kwara State to the Family of Mr. I. F. Oyeleke, an Instructional Locomotive Engine Driver of the Nigerian Railway Corporation.
Born Again in 1968, in 1981, He became one of the pioneer staff involved in the construction and operation of Usuma Dam, that provides portable water to the City of Abuja. It was in the course of the construction of the Dam that Christian Assembly Fellowship (C.A.F) was formed; to provide fellowship for all Christians working on the construction of the Dam. Through series of Prophecies, the Holy Spirit Directed that He Pastor and Feed the Flock of GOD at C.A.F. where He is at present the General Overseer (G.O.) and Presiding Pastor. GOD is using him to touch many lives, and empower people through the power of the Holy Spirit.
He is a Life Member of the Full Gosple Business Men Fellowship International (F.G.B.M.F.I.), and rose to become a National Director in Charge of the F.C.T. and Nasarawa State for two tenure's from 1997 to 2003.
Education and Qualifications
He had His Primary and Secondary Education, at the United Missionary School Jebba South (1956 - 1962), and Baptist Boys High School Abeokuta (1963 - 1967) respectively. For His Higher Certificate, He attended the College of Arts and Science and Technology Zaria (1974 - 1976). He obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree (Hons) in Geology in 1979 from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria and has a Post Graduate International Certificate in Hydrogeology which he obtained from the Chambers University of Technology Goteborg, Sweden (2001). He also possesses a Post Graduate Diploma in Management which he obtained from the Prestigeous Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife (2006).

Work and Employment
Pastor Oyeleke Lectured in the Department of Environmental Science Polytechnic, Ibadan, after which he took up an appointment with the Kwara State School Board as an Education Officer, before joining the Federal Capital Development Authority, (FCDA), Department of Engineering Services as a Geologist in March.
His Career in the Civil Service was meritorious as he rose to become an Assistant Director and Head of Rural Water Supply in F.C.T. Water Board, from where he retired in 2007.
Pastor Oyeleke is the Managing Director of some Corporations; He is a lover of Agriculture and currently possesses a Fish Farm.
Family Life
He is Married to Dr Mrs (M. A.) Keji Oyeleke and they are blessed with eight children (four biological and four by marriage) all of whom are graduates.
Dr. Mrs. Keji Oyeleke was born to a Muslim couple, Alhaji & Mrs Adekunle Adewetan, in Ondo, Ondo State. The Fifth Child in a family of Six, She was a devout Muslim until Her graduation from the University.
In 1983, She saw the Light and gave Her life to JESUS Christ and is still bubling for Him.
Dr. Mrs. Keji Oyeleke is Well Educated, She has a BSc. in Geology, an MSc. in Hydrogeology and a PhD. in Water and Environmental Engineering, to mention a few.
